Is the IT assessment really free?
Yes. An engineer reviews your devices, network, backups and security, then sends a written report and a fixed monthly price. There is no cost and no obligation.
Is there a long contract?
No. Our plans run month to month with 30 days notice. We keep clients by being good, not by locking them in.
Do you work with our existing IT person?
Yes. Many clients keep an in-house person and use us for the help desk, security monitoring or projects. We share the tools and the tickets.
What happens in the first 30 days?
We document everything, fix the urgent risks, install monitoring and backups, and introduce your named engineer. Most clients are fully onboarded in two weeks.
